ebs: ontrack primary roles

The roles in the ebs: ontrack primary roles group control the screens available to a user in ebs: ontrack Hub and ebs: ontrack Learner Hub.
In order to access Designer, you must have the System Management Centre (SMC) role (in the EBS Web Products group) and one Agent primary role. The primary role is required so that the user can utilise the Tryout functionality in Designer.
There are seven default primary roles included in the system which can be assigned:
- Course Team Leader
- Front of House
- Head of School
- Learner
- MIS Administrator
- Senior Manager
- Tutor
Note: You can only be assigned one primary role.
It is also possible to view, add, edit, and delete primary roles for an organisation in Designer, providing the user has the Manage Roles role assigned (in the ebs: central Designer group).
Note: Users with a role in both the ebs: ontrack primary roles group and the ebs: ontrack secondary roles group can switch between ebs: ontrack Hub sessions without re-entering their user credentials. Refer to Header for further information.
